In this peer support workshop, we will explore your feelings, fears and difficult emotions surrounding anniversaries following a suicide loss, including other significant dates like birthdays, Mothers/Fathers days, landmark life events etc.
We will talk about ways to prepare both practically and emotionally around these times. We will also explore how the current COVID-19 lockdown has affected your coping, such as being able to take part in rituals and family gatherings.
