A peer support group helping you build tools to create a self-care practice and look after yourself during grief.
This session briefly explores what self-care and resilience means to us. What makes us stressed, how we know we are and what coping mechanisms we can use.
We will also talk about resilience to certain situations and how we can work with helping ourselves.
