A peer support group helping you to build tools to create a self-care practice to look after yourself during grief.
This session briefly explores what self-care and resilience means to us. What makes us stressed, how we know we are and what coping mechanisms we can use.
We will also talk about resilience to certain situations and how we can work with helping ourselves.
You will need to book to attend our online groups and workshops. Please email info@email@example.com to register your interest or with any questions or worries.
After you have booked, we will send you all the information you need to use Zoom and join the group. We will also help with any concerns or questions you may have, as we understand it can feel daunting or confusing for people who are not used to accessing online video support.
