This session merges our previous ‘Self Care’ and ‘Expressing grief using Creativity’ workshops.

The first half of the session will help you to create a self-care practice to look after yourself during grief. We will briefly explore what self-care and resilience means to us, including what makes us stressed, how we know we are and what coping mechanisms we can use. The second half of the session will guide you through activities to help explore or express your grief using art and creativity.

No ‘art experience’ needed, just your lovely self and your pens, pencils or paints and paper. You will not be required to share your creation unless you want to.
