Suicide Bereavement is a traumatic grief experience. This means we can encounter ‘triggers’ in our daily life that, quite literally, trigger off our grief in our minds and bodies. They may raise emotions and reactions that can be confusing or difficult to cope with.

This workshop will give information about being triggered and learn how to identify our own triggers. We will explore coping strategies and self-care practices to look after ourselves, and use peer support to share our experiences in a relaxed and supportive environment.
