Losing someone to suicide has been liked to a bomb going off in someone’s life, where people are left to pick up the pieces and build a new normality. Suicide bereavement can be incredibly difficult to make sense of; everyone grieves differently and there can be added strain if you are concerned about others around you.

Our service can provide support sessions, focusing on a range of topics such as, coping with grief, flashbacks, reoccurring images, sleep patterns and anxiety. Sessions can also be focused on supporting you with the practical aspects of bereavement such as, benefits, funeral arrangements, inquest procedures, housing and workplace issues.
